Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Farao Wear. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products. An order is not considered fully accepted until Farao Wear or its authorized fulfillment/payment systems have successfully processed the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

2. Order Verification & Print Quality

Before production, orders may be reviewed for correctness. Farao Wear aims to provide consistent print quality, though minor variations in colour, texture, and placement within manufacturing tolerances are not automatically considered defects.

3. Production & Delivery Times

Our standard production processing target is 1–2 working days. Following production, delivery processing is generally targeted at 1–2 working days, depending on destination and courier conditions.

4. Deliveries, Couriers & Addresses

Couriers may make up to three delivery attempts. Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate names, telephone numbers, and addresses. If an incorrect address causes a re-shipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Cancellation & Returns

Orders may generally be cancelled before they enter production. Once production starts, cancellation may no longer be possible, though statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Returns are handled according to Egyptian law and the Farao Wear returns process.

6. Refunds & Defective Products

Where a refund is legally required or approved, it will normally be made using the original payment method. If an item is defective, damaged, or materially incorrect, contact complaints@faraowear.com with your order number and photographs.

7. Printlet Fulfillment & Promotions

Farao Wear may use Printlet as a third-party fulfillment partner for production, quality control, packaging, and delivery. Promotional offers are subject to specific start/end dates, quantity limits, and eligibility requirements.

8. Intellectual Property & Product Care

All Farao Wear branding, logos, FW marks, and designs remain protected. Customers should follow all washing, drying, and care instructions supplied with products to prevent damage.
