These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Farao Wear website, online store, products, services and related communications.

By accessing or using faraowear.com, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Farao Wear

Farao Wear is a streetwear brand offering clothing and lifestyle products, including but not limited to:

• T-shirts
• Hoodies
• Shorts
• Underwear/boxers
• Tote bags
• Caps
• Trucker caps
• Other clothing and accessories introduced from time to time.

Farao Wear operates from: Mokattam, Cairo, Egypt

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to place an order through Farao Wear. If you are under the applicable legal age to enter into contracts, you should only use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to purchase the products ordered.

3. Website Use

You agree to use Farao Wear only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website for fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code.
• Scrape, copy or reproduce our website or content without permission.
• Use our branding or intellectual property without authorization.
• Attempt to impersonate Farao Wear or its employees.
• Use our services to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms.

4. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing information and other product information are accurate. However, minor variations may occur depending on your screen, display settings, lighting, printing technology, material, and manufacturing processes. Such reasonable variations do not automatically constitute a defect.

5. Print-on-Demand Production

Farao Wear may use third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners, including Printlet, for production, packaging, order fulfillment, shipping and related logistics. Accordingly, some Farao Wear products may be produced only after an order has been placed.

6. Order Processing

Before production, orders may undergo checks relating to product selection, design, print area, resolution, safe areas, background removal, and product specifications. Standard production processing time is approximately 1–2 working days.

7. Packaging & Delivery

Products are carefully folded, protected, packed, labelled, and prepared for courier collection. Standard delivery processing generally takes approximately 1–2 working days after the order enters the delivery stage, though actual delivery times depend on destination and courier conditions.

8. Cash on Delivery & Payment

Where Cash on Delivery is offered, the customer is responsible for accepting the order and paying the amount due to the courier upon delivery. Third-party secure payment processors may also be used at checkout.

9. Order Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request cancellation before an order enters production. Returns and exchanges are handled according to Egyptian consumer-protection law. Defective or incorrect products should be reported immediately to our support team.

10. Intellectual Property

All Farao Wear intellectual property, including the brand name, logos, FW marks, Arabic branding, graphics, designs, artwork, and website design belongs exclusively to Farao Wear.

11. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Farao Wear shall not be liable for indirect losses. These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
